    Approvals

    Sequential and parallel approvals available. Approval route is adapted depending on the content of a document.

    Templates

    Automatic fields and dimensions completion based on templates. It is often used for creating new cards (items, customers etc.).

    Responsible and deadlines

    Scheduling of document approval, identification of those responsible for each stage. Deadline control.

    Document checks

    Document workflow process include automatic checks: fields completion and content, dimensions allowed, attachments presence.

    Document blocking

    Block document editing (header, lines, specific fields) depending on the user role and the stage of the process.

    Notifications

    Automatic notifications in case of document/request approval, rejection, change. Deadline notification.

    Attachments

    Add attachments to a document, check attachments certain type, capability of viewing and editing of attachment depends on the user role, stage of the workflow, version of attachments.

    Printed forms

    Print document out or not depending on the user role or stage of the workflow. Individual printing forms for certain customers, report packages.

    Log

    History of approvals, document changes, notifications created, attachments added or viewed and printing of reports. All important events of the document in one page.

    Delegation

    Temporary replacement (e.g. during vacation) of one employee by another with temporary redirection of notifications and granting of permissions of the person absent (till a certain time).

    Customization

    A separate codeunit with a special structure, available for development by a customer. If customizations are not enough, then we definitely can code anything customer needs (specific functions, checks etc.). Document Flow Navigator has a gateway for connecting functions from this codeunit.
